Nicholas E. DePasquale, President/CEO
A New Yorker at heart, Nick derives his entrepreneurial heart from the streets of Manhattan to Brooklyn, and Westchester County, NY. Currently with JLL (Jones, Lang and LaSalle), he has awarded projects for JPMorgan in the New Markets division in the Eastern seaboard. Complimentary to his expertise in development, Nick serves as a commissioned officer in U.S. Army National Guard for the 42nd Infantry Division in Troy, NY. As a veteran he brings to the table extensive experience in management and policy processes. A graduate of Manhattan College in Finance, Nick currently holds certificate of completion in the Real Estate Development program from Fordham University.
Charles J. DePasquale, Jr.,
Vice-President
Bringing with him 30 plus years of experience in RE development arena, Charles has developed and managed affordable housing units in NYC as well as the surrounding NY metropolitan areas (Westchester County), from concept through build and sale/marketing. Prior to his current role as VP of NDR Group, he worked with the Engineering Dept. for the City of Yonkers in the mid ‘80s for 10 years, leading the city’s capital improvements and development agency, notably the Justice Cacace Courthouse on South Broadway. He also worked in the Planning Department of the City of New Rochelle. Holding a Bachelors of Economics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, he also is a licensed RE Broker and Agent in New York State. We are fortunate to have him as our seasoned Vice-President and SME for Cross Development.
Alexander C. DePasquale, Director/Investor
As the junior partner/director of CROSS Development, Alex brings with him a plethora of talent and skill. Specializing in analysis, informatics and IT, he has been the forerunner in securing the technological surety and safety at CROSS. A graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice majoring in BA Forensic Psychology & Criminology; in addition to graduating CCAF with an AS in Intelligence Studies/Applied Sciences; Alex is also a military veteran, currently active in the U.S. Air Force. Furthermore, he has toured overseas and has acquired numerous skills in the field he has specialized in and is an asset to this company.
Carmita DePasquale, Chief Operating Officer
Being the back-office of CROSS Development, Carmita has been in the workforce for the past 35 years in the life sciences. Specializing in the Biotech Pharma Research field, she has extensive experience in regulatory and operational processes. Although this is a new arena for her, it will be an exciting challenge to use her skills to bring to fruition projects for the company.
